Our investment approach and underwriting of our real estate projects can be leveraged to achieve above-market returns. Our objective is to create value for our investors in our Residential, multi-family, commercial, self-storage and hospitality real estate investments. Investments are typically structured as a syndication with investments from institutional equity investors, accredited individual investors and debt financing from a variety of nationally recognized lenders and agencies.
